Jill sits in KPMG’s Emerging Giants Centre of Excellence in the UK, supporting the fastest-growing and most exciting companies in the UK. Emerging Giants is a Global KPMG focus on fast growth and innovative scaling businesses. We identify and support high-potential startups and scaleups across the UK and work alongside them to accelerate their success. Jill works organically with businesses, delivering traditional and new KPMG services to support them on their growth journey. Via KPE Access, we focus on delivering traditional Big 4 support in a very non-traditional way, helping navigate the 4 main 'pain points' - Access to Talent, Access to Finance, Access to Markets and Compliance and Governance.

Jill leads KPMG’s relationship with The Growth Company on the Global Scale-up Programme, a key part of the Greater Manchester’s Internationalisation strategy. The programme supports entrepreneurs and businesses by giving them the practical tools to launch into new territories and achieve international expansion. The collaboration of public and private is very powerful and has achieved significant growth for the companies and the region. Jill has been at KPMG for 8 years, and is embedded in the tech and entrepreneurial eco-system in the North West.
